  I made this appointment providing my health insurance information and nobody toll me that my insurance was not accepted. I arrived and gave them my insurance card and ID card and the receptionist never mentioned me that they were not in the coverage. The doctor saw me and when I check out the receptionist asked me to pay because my insurance will not cover the charges. Poor communication services. I asked why they didn’t advise from the beginning of my arrival. They asked me to pay for the services knowing was not my mistake.
