  Efficient and knowledgeable. Another company had come out, a day after call, and said if the unit was blowing cold they couldn't tell what was wrong. They also wouldn't be in the area until the next afternoon if it did start blowing warm again. Jeff's service man, who showed up within a 1/2 hour of call, immediately put a tester to the unit, showed me the very low readout, replaced the part and 10 min. later all was fixed. Still doing great 3 weeks later. Highly reccomend Jeff's!
