  Went through the drive thru. Fries were cold and my chicken sandwich was Rick hard. Immediately went inside and although the manager replaced it for free, they were very unprofessional. Crew members were arguing with each other and using inappropriate language. I even heard the manager... Who was black... Make a derogatory statement towards referring to several black customers. I was only there for the food so I didn't pay to much attention to it. Overall food finally came out ok but the service and atmosphere left a bad taste in my mouth.
